Ability to REPOSITION and resize if necessary, the Video Buttons so that the background can be seen better visually

Ability to REPOSITION and resize if necessary, the Video Buttons so that the background can be seen better visually.
Currently this is fixed.
There doesn't appear to be a way in the EDIT to do this.
